Westport has the good fortune to be home to a bevy of highly acclaimed chefs who have created a dynamic and delicious foundation to our diverse dining options.

Brian Lewis, owner of The Cottage, has been recognized by The New York Times for his excellence and sophisticated menu. Lewis was also honored in 2018 as a semi-finalist for the James Beard Awards’ Best Chef: Northeast.

Bill Taibe is the award winning chef and owner of restaurants Kawa Ni and The Whelk - both located in the heart of Saugatuck. Taibe’s latest food venture delivers an authentic Mexican cantina by the name Don Memo which opened downtown in 2020.

Born and Raised in Westport, Storch has a long history as an Executive Chef owning and operating restaurants Match Legacy of, Match Burger Lobster, and Match throughout Fairfield County.
